2026轮滑少年迎新聚会邀请

今年轮滑课有许多新家庭加入，为增进家长之间的了解，特别是新生家长，拟定于4月26日，周日晚5点-8点（周日，当天ABCK组下午的训练取消），于West Park举办“轮滑课迎新聚会”，遇雨后延下周日。
聚会形式：potluck 野餐，请各家自备美食与大家分享
参加人员：已注册过轮滑课的小朋友们及家长
活动日程：
1) 5:00 报道：报到处写名贴，贴胸前，写明：家长名，小孩名及微信名
2） 5:20 小朋友20 分钟Dry Land Training; 新生家长排球赛
3） 5:40 集体照
5:45 志愿者集体照
4) 5:50 晚饭 ，上一年轮滑活动回顾
5) 6:20 家长自我介绍， 小朋友游乐场时间
6) 7:00 介绍今年的轮滑活动：2025成人班，Milestone，P2P, Northshore Inline Marathon
7） 8:00 活动结束
以上是大概时间表，会根据现场情况做适当调整

This year, many new families have joined our inline skating classes. To help parents get to know each other—especially new families—we are planning a “Inline Skating Welcome Gathering” on:
Date: Sunday, April 26
Time: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: West Park
(Note: ABCK group training sessions scheduled for that Sunday afternoon will be canceled. In case of rain, the event will be postponed to the following Sunday.)
Potluck picnic – each family is encouraged to bring food to share
Children who have registered for inline skating classes and their parents
5:00 PM – Check-in
Sign in at the registration table
Write and wear a name tag including: parent’s name, child’s name, and WeChat ID
5:20 PM
Children: 20-minute dry land training
New parents: volleyball game
5:40 PM – Group Photo
5:45 PM – Volunteer Group Photo
5:50 PM – Dinner & Review of Last Year’s Activities

志愿者任务分配：
报到处，发名贴： 1人 ，买不干胶贴，5点到公园，让每个人写自己的名，微信号
买水，水果：1人，根据报名人数，去costco买水和切好的水果，带到现场。
买桌布，布置现场，准备吃饭用纸盘子，叉子，勺子，餐巾纸：2人
改动旗子：将去年的202"5"，改成“6”，两大旗都要改，带到现场架起来，照相用
Picnic Table: 3到4 张，摆放食物用，自己带凳子或坐地上
Canopy取，送，架设: 1 人 （下午4点前拉走，会后送回）
排球网，取，送，架设： 1人（下午4点前拉走，会后送回）
电视： Lincheng Xiu，CRV或SUV （下午4点前拉走，会后送回）
订包子, Pizza：Xianyin Lai ,根据报名人数订，晚饭前带到现场。订之前，要确认天气没问题。
